You can rebuild without losing the parts of you that mattered.
Therapy for women rebuilding their voice, confidence, and self-worth after love, loss, or the version of themselves they no longer want to be. So you can feel like you again.
Who I work with
For the woman who gave her heart fully, and is now learning to give it back to herself.
For the woman who is tired of shrinking herself.
The one rebuilding after heartbreak, or simply trying to find her voice in a life where she’s always been the one holding everything together.
You might be here because you’re tired of carrying it all by yourself..
Maybe it was a breakup.
Maybe you’re still in the relationship but losing pieces of yourself inside it.
Maybe you just know you’re meant to feel more confident, more grounded, more you.
Maybe you just woke up one morning and thought, “I’m not living as fully as I know I could be.”
You want more for yourself. Not just to heal, but to rebuild with intention, worth, and power..
Hi, I’m Kendra — therapist, space-holder, and guide for women becoming themselves again.
I don’t just help women heal. I help them rebuild.
Over the years, I’ve sat with women who felt invisible in their relationships, unsure of their worth, afraid to speak up, or exhausted from being “the strong one” for too long. I’ve watched them unravel the version of themselves shaped by heartbreak, pressure, or survival and step into confidence, boundaries, and self-trust they never thought possible.
My approach is warm, direct, and deeply collaborative.
We’ll process your pain, yes, but we’ll also build something new:
• A voice that feels strong when you use it
• Confidence that comes from inside, not approval
• Boundaries that protect your peace, not your guilt
• A relationship with yourself that becomes non-negotiable
You don’t have to be put together to start.
You just have to show up, exactly as you are.
Because you’re not too much. You’re just finally choosing you.

Therapy is a time that you set aside to work on problem areas in your life. It is a space where you can feel seen and heard as you develop a therapeutic relationship of trust and safety with your Therapist. The Therapist will facilitate the healing process by providing tools, skills, and activities that help get to the root of the symptoms that are causing distress. You will work alongside your Therapist to create attainable goals and be in control of your process.
Sessions are typically in an individual setting, weekly or biweekly depending on your needs.

I know it’s hard…
You’ve heard it all. “Get over it”...“it’s all in your head”... “you’re too sensitive” and, “you’re overreacting”. It feels like no matter what you say, the person on the other end just isn’t listening to you. You feel ignored. You feel like you don’t matter. You want to be heard.
At Lissen Therapy, we hear you. Honestly, you’re not overreacting and it’s not all in your head. Your feelings are valid. On top of feeling like no one listens to you, you may feel depressed, anxious, worthless, lost, or stuck. Symptoms of anxiety or depression may be related to feeling unheard or misunderstood.
Although these symptoms are affecting you, taking time to tell your story with a professional can help you feel heard and understood regarding the feelings you have.
Therapy provides a safe space for you to be able to share your story, feel heard and understood without judgement or shame, and to learn evidence-based skills to improve and transform your experiences.
