Individual Therapy.

Are you struggling with relationships, work, self-care or self-esteem issues, or even regulating your emotions in a healthy way? Does it seem like you always get the short end of the stick in life no matter how much effort you put in?

You may think that no one understands you or cares enough to hear your side of the story and how you actually feel. Whatever is going through your mind and the emotions that you are experiencing are valid.

We sometimes experience these feelings when things happen out of our control and when we feel there is no one who will understand and believe us. It’s not fair and it hurts.

You deserve to be happy. You deserve to be heard and actually listened to. You deserve to feel like you are worth it.

THERAPY CAN PROVIDE THAT FOR YOU.

Individual therapy is great for those who need a safe space, one-on-one, with a professional to truly hear them out and to allow them be seen. Everything is confidential and there is no room for judgement in individual therapy.

MY APPROACH IN THERAPY.

My approach to therapy is interactive, understanding, and sincere. I’m not here to judge you or make you feel ashamed about anything that you share with me. I’m here to listen to you.

I believe therapy requires team work. I collaborate with my clients by developing a treatment plan, together, to fit your needs.

I use various evidence-based techniques to better help you reach your goals such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.

To ensure you are receiving effective treatment, I will ask for your feedback during our work together. I understand your time is valuable, as well as your investment in yourself.

If you or anyone you know are struggling with these issues, and others, please feel free to reach out.

How to get started.

STEP ONE —

Book a free, 15-minute phone consultation here. This consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to see if we are a good fit.

If we are a good fit, you will receive intake paperwork to be filled out, and then we will schedule a 50-minute initial session. During this first session, we will discuss your current situation, relevant history and your goals. This will allow us to create a personalized treatment plan.

STEP THREE —

Lastly, we will meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your specific needs, for therapy.
